Family Solicitor

You will join a firm that combines traditional professional values with a modern, client focused approach. The team works closely with individuals, families, and guardians to provide clear, reliable legal support across a range of family law matters.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Advising and representing children through their court appointed Children's Guardian, as well as parents and relatives in care proceedings
• Managing cases involving child residence, contact arrangements, and disputes between parents or family members
• Acting in matters involving adoption, fostering, and applications relating to care orders
• Supporting clients through sensitive cases including child abduction and Legal Aid funded family proceedings

We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law and children law matters
• Experience handling cases such as care proceedings, child residence, contact disputes, or adoption matters
• Strong client care skills with the ability to communicate clearly and sensitively
• Organised and capable of managing your own caseload effectively
• Experience working with Legal Aid cases is beneficial but not essential
