A highly respected and award-winning London law firm is seeking a Property Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE to join its expanding property team, based in East London. The Opportunity:
You will join a dynamic and supportive property team, handling a broad range of non-contentious property transactions. The ideal candidate will have a solid grounding in residential and/or commercial property law and will bring with them a proactive approach to business development, relationship management, and achieving financial targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a varied caseload of non-contentious property matters
  • Advising clients on residential and/or commercial transactions
  • Building and maintaining strong client and referral relationships
  • Meeting billing targets and contributing to team growth
  • Supporting junior colleagues and collaborating with cross-department teams


Requirements:

  • UK Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in property law
  • Experience managing your own caseload independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to hit financial and performance targets
  • Business development mindset with an interest in growing your client base
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
