Cyber Security Manager - Telford Hybrid (2 days onsite ) 6 month + contract

I am looking for an experienced Cyber Security Architect to join a major programme modernising and migrating core business services to public cloud.

You will own the security elements of the solution design as changes move through delivery and into live operation. The role centres on embedding strong architectural practice and governance across public and private cloud solutions within a wider programme team.

Due to the nature of the client and the work involved we are looking for candidates eligible to go through UK government SC clearance.

I am keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Experience in application modernisation and public cloud migration.
• Background working with legacy technologies in environments that include AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, HELM, Java, JavaScript, Oracle and MySQL.
• Proven experience working with agile delivery teams across design, build, test and release.
• Track record of taking ownership of solutions and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret and apply architecture governance processes and security standards.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to advise and challenge on secure solution options.
• Experience managing technical relationships with vendors, third parties and wider programme teams.
