I am working with a government client in London who are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to join their team.

Due to the nature of the projects and the urgency of the roles, clients who are British Nationals and hold valid SC Clearance would be preferred.

As an Azure Cloud Architect, you will provide end-to-end technical ownership for cloud infrastructure within your area of responsibility. The role exists to shape and implement secure, well-governed Azure platforms that meet operational and regulatory needs. You'll play a key part in migrating services into Azure while improving security, reliability, and cost control.

I am therefore keen to speak with candidates who have
- Strong experience architecting and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Proven background in privileged access management, including RBAC, PIM, and conditional access.
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates).
- Deep understanding of cloud security, including Azure Policy, network security, and platform guardrails.
- Experience integrating and tuning monitoring, logging, and alerting for operational support and incident response.
- Ability to make architectural decisions across the wider context, balancing technical, security, and business needs.
- Clear, confident communication of architecture to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Data Product Owner / Manager - Remediation

We are currently supporting a major Financial Services client on a large-scale data and technology remediation programme and are looking to engage an experienced Technical Product Owner / Product Manager.

This is not a traditional business-facing Product Owner role. The successful candidate will come from a strong technology and data background and be comfortable operating across technical delivery, architecture and business stakeholder environments.

The ideal candidate will be capable of bridging the gap between architects, developers, remediation SMEs and senior business stakeholders within a complex FS delivery programme.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and prioritise the product backlog across multiple delivery workstreams
* Translate business and remediation requirements into clear delivery priorities and user stories
* Work closely with architects, developers and engineering teams to support technical delivery decisions
* Act as the bridge between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders
* Support delivery of data-driven remediation and regulatory solutions
* Drive stakeholder engagement across technology, operations and business functions
* Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement and reviews
* Ensure delivery aligns with programme objectives, technical constraints and remediation outcomes

Required Experience

* Proven experience operating as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager or similar delivery-focused role
* Strong technology and data background
* Experience working closely with engineering and architecture teams
* Strong understanding of data platforms, data architecture and technical delivery environments
* Banking or Financial Services experience is strongly preferred
* Experience within remediation, regulatory, compliance or data quality programmes
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Agile/Scrum delivery experience

This role would suit someone who has evolved from technical/data delivery into Product Ownership rather than a traditional digital or customer-facing Product Owner background.

Outside IR35 contract with hybrid working involving a mixture of remote delivery and onsite client workshops in London.

You'll work across both PCR15 and the Procurement Act 2023, guiding senior stakeholders and ensuring compliant, audit-ready commercial outcomes throughout the lifecycle and shaping category strategies and routes to market.

- Public sector procurement experience, ideally within digital, data, AI or wider technology categories.
- Significant experience managing complex, high-value procurement under PCR15 and/or PR23.

You will lead the response to high-impact IT incidents in a mission-critical government environment. You will be based in London or Milton Keynes, and be flexible to work 5 days a week on-site as part of a 24/7 shift rota.

Due to the nature and urgency of the role, candidates will ideally be sole British Nationals holding active DV clearance.

You will take ownership of major incidents across complex IT services, ensuring rapid response, clear communication, and effective recovery. The role exists to provide structured leadership and coordination when critical services are disrupted, helping maintain stability for a high-profile government environment. You'll work across multiple teams and suppliers, managing bridges, driving root cause analysis, and helping to refine IT service management processes so that future incidents are prevented or minimised.

What you'll focus on:
- Leading the end-to-end management of major incidents from detection through to resolution and closure.
- Coordinating technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders during live incidents to restore services quickly and safely.
- Driving post-incident reviews, identifying root causes, and ensuring follow-up actions are owned and completed.
- Supporting continuous improvement of incident and problem management processes.

What we're looking for

- ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification.
