Senior Residential Solicitor

You'll lead and develop our residential property offering, working closely with clients across Surrey, Hampshire, London and beyond. Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers and re-mortgages
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members, supporting their development
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a tailored and responsive service
- Contributing to strategic decisions and helping shape the future of the department
We're Looking For
- A qualified solicitor or legal executive with solid experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong leadership potential or proven team management experience
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A proactive, forward-thinking approach to legal practice
- Experience using modern case management systems is desirable
