The Role
You'll take a leading role within the Estates, Tax and Trusts team, managing high-quality work while helping to grow the department through strong client relationships and business development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of private client matters.
- Estate administration.
- Succession planning.
- Tax planning and trusts.
- Providing strategic advice on complex private wealth matters.
- Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues.
- Identifying internal referral opportunities and contributing to business development initiatives.
About You
You'll be an experienced Private Client lawyer with:
- Significant experience advising on private client matters, particularly for high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong expertise in estate administration, succession planning, tax and trusts (with the flexibility to specialise in particular areas).
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- A commercial and proactive approach to developing client relationships.
- Leadership qualities and the ambition to play a key role in growing a successful practice.
- A genuine desire to progress towards Partnership.
