Salary: £50,000-£90,000 DOE

A top-tier regional firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) to join its specialist Serious Injury Team in Southampton.
This is an opportunity to work within one of the UK's leading claimant personal injury teams, handling complex, high-value and often multi-million-pound catastrophic injury cases within a genuinely collaborative structure.
The Team
The Serious Injury team handles complex matters including:

The Role

Work on complex, high-value serious injury claims

Support and collaborate within Partner-led teams

About You

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive

Ideally 4+ years' experience within personal injury

Exposure to catastrophic or complex injury matters preferred

Calm under pressure and highly organised

Naturally empathetic and confident with vulnerable clients

Collaborative, proactive and commercially aware
