The Role
You'll work across a genuinely varied, high‑calibre caseload, including:
- Contentious and advisory employment matters
- Discrimination, whistleblowing, misconduct, unfair dismissal and restrictive covenant issues
- Partnership and LLP disputes
- Senior executive exits, board-level issues and sensitive internal investigations
- Corporate support for major transactions and restructures
- Opportunities to lead client relationships early and develop your own practice profile

The team's clients are diverse, sophisticated, and consistently engaging, including:
- Major employers across real estate, finance, education, charities, and technology
- Senior executives, partners, founders, and board directors

Requirements
We're looking for someone who brings:
- 1-4 PQE UK Qualified Employment Solicitor
- Exposure to both respondent and/or claimant work
- The ability to handle contentious and advisory matters with commercial judgement
- An interest in partnership law, senior executive work, or developing a niche
