A well-established, reputable law firm in Harrow is seeking a talented Family Solicitor to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with strong technical ability and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate family law services.
The Role
You will work closely alongside a highly experienced senior solicitor, handling a broad range of privately funded family matters. The caseload will include financial remedy work, private children matters, and a strong proportion of high-net-worth and emotionally sensitive cases. The firm prides itself on its discreet, empathetic and commercially astute approach, and is looking for someone who can uphold these values while providing outstanding client care.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing your own varied caseload of financial remedy and private children matters
* Supporting and collaborating with a senior solicitor on complex, high-value cases
* Advising HNW clients with sensitivity, discretion and commercial awareness
* Building long-term, trusted client relationships through exceptional communication
* Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the family department
* Working both independently and as part of a close-knit, supportive team
About You
The successful candidate will:
* Have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in family law
* Demonstrate solid experience in financial remedy and private children matters
* Be confident managing high-net-worth and sensitive cases
* Bring a blend of empathy, discretion and commercial understanding
* Be proactive, client-focused and committed to delivering an excellent service
