This role sits within a thriving real estate division recognised for advising major corporate clients and delivering high-quality commercial property work across the UK.
The Role
You will work on a broad and varied caseload, including:

Advising corporate occupiers on the development, disposal, and ongoing management of their property portfolios

Assisting senior lawyers on real estate finance transactions

Providing commercial property support on corporate deals

Contributing to a wide range of commercial real estate matters for well-known national clients
While primarily supporting partners and the team based in Southampton, you will also collaborate with colleagues in London and across the firm's national network-offering excellent exposure and the chance to support wider strategic projects.
