Job Title: Technology Delivery Lead - Start-up Incubator

Are you a Technology Delivery Lead with a passion for enabling rapid, user-focused product development? Join an exciting start-up incubator in Paris, working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Your role will be pivotal in helping start-ups quickly implement valuable products that drive business results while managing risk and costs.

Your Mission:

• Product Delivery: Lead the delivery of user-centered products that provide immediate business value. You'll ensure seamless technology architecture implementation across all teams.
• Build Enablement Tools: Develop and implement advanced tools (P3 - Advanced) that will empower teams to work efficiently and collaboratively.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with PMs, UX, PO, CTO, developers, and business teams to integrate innovative solutions within the client's service offering, using collaborative tools.
• OPS Support: Provide technical leadership throughout the incubation cycle, ensuring the availability and performance of services, conducting risk analyses, and supporting operational topics.

Your Profile:

• 7+ years of software development experience, with a "jack-of-all-trades" mindset and strong technical leadership.
• Solid experience in DevOps (CI/CD, server administration, monitoring).
• Expertise in Angular, JavaScript frameworks, Java, and TypeScript.
• Ability to analyze and optimize practices for continuous improvement.
