They partner with some of the biggest names in retail and CPG, and we're looking for a Senior Account Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Job Description:
As a Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing key client relationships and leading the strategic development and execution of innovative shopper marketing campaigns. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and shopper behaviour, translating these insights into effective, results-driven strategies.

In this role, you'll manage and mentor a team of account managers, ensuring flawless campaign execution while keeping an eye on overall account growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning and execution of shopper marketing campaigns across in-store, digital, and omnichannel environments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and main point of contact.
  • Analyse shopper insights and data to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive conversion and engagement at the point of sale.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and digital teams to deliver cohesive, results-focused shopper marketing solutions.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-profile accounts, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities and upselling additional services to existing clients.
  • Mentor and develop a team of account managers, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to deliver excellence.
  • Provide leadership and insight into industry trends, ensuring clients stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in account management within the shopper marketing or retail marketing space.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful shopper marketing campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of retail environments and the key drivers of shopper behaviour.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing the day-to-day details of campaign execution.
  • A passion for shopper marketing and a drive to stay on top of industry trends.
