We are looking for a capable and self-sufficient Residential Property Solicitor to join our busy Polegate office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and take on responsibility within a smaller, supportive team.

About the Role
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a full caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity

• Lease extensions and complex residential matters

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties

The role offers significant responsibility, as you will have the chance to be a key contributor to the department and grow your career within the firm. You will also benefit from excellent support and guidance from colleagues.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ PQE preferred (all levels considered)

• Proven ability to manage conveyancing files independently

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Confident in client communication and problem-solving

• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
