Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Eastbourne

Experience: 5 PQE+ preferred (all levels considered)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

A well-regarded Eastbourne firm is recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its thriving property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a varied caseload within a supportive and professional environment.

The Role
You will manage residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, including:

• Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)

• Re-mortgages

• Transfers of equity

You will also use online systems such as Land Registry, Government Gateway and AML checks. Case management system experience is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided.

Requirements

• Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer

• Current experience managing residential conveyancing matters

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and a client-first approach
