Role: Licensed Conveyancer / Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive

Location: Newport, Isle of Wight (Hybrid available)
Experience: 2+ years PQE (NQ considered)
Salary: Competitive (DOE) + Relocation Support (up to £8,000)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold and freehold transactions.

• Provide clear, professional advice and maintain strong client relationships.

• Ensure compliance with SRA, AML, and GDPR requirements.

• Contribute to business development and departmental growth.

• Collaborate with colleagues and support a positive, client-focused culture.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer (England & Wales).

• Minimum 2 years PQE (NQ with solid experience considered).

• Strong communication and client care skills.

• Organised, detail-focused and commercially aware.
