My client is a highly reputable and well-established firm based in Milton Keynes, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to their clients for over 45 years. This is an excellent opportunity to be exposed to a large portfolio of business-owning clients and high-net-worth private clients.

They are seeking a skilled Real Estate Solicitor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more PQE experience in Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, Landlord and Tenant, Infrastructure agreements, and Property-related construction documentation.

You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to independently manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years PQE experience in Commercial Property.
2. Proficiency in Real Estate Law.
3. Experience in Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, Landlord and Tenant, Infrastructure agreements, and Property-related construction documentation.
