PQE: NQ+

My client, a well-established firm with a longstanding and extensive client base, has served multiple generations of local families.

We are seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be newly qualified or higher, having completed at least one seat in Private Client Law, and possess a strong ambition to specialize in this area. Preferred experience includes Wills (including living wills), Probate applications, LPAs, Trust creation and management, Court of Protection work, and Administration of Estates.

Requirements:

A qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate (or equivalent)

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

A strong work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
