A Recognised Walton on Thames law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its dynamic team in Walton on Thames.

About the Role:

You will manage a variety of property transactions and advisory work. This includes acting on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, advising landlords and tenants on lease negotiations and renewals, supporting development projects, and assisting with portfolio management for corporate and investor clients. You will draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation while working closely with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of NQ to 3 year's PQE in Commercial Real Estate.
• Strong technical skills and a proactive approach to client service.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
