An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor (1+ years' PQE) to join a well-regarded and expanding Family Department within an established and ambitious law firm.

This is an excellent role for a solicitor looking to strengthen their expertise in privately funded family law while benefiting from direct exposure to senior leadership and genuine long-term progression.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of private family matters, including:

• Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
• Private children matters
• Unmarried couples and property disputes (TOLATA)
• Separation and cohabitation agreements

You will work closely with the Partner, receiving one-to-one mentoring and hands-on guidance. This offers a rare opportunity to develop your technical ability, strategic thinking, and client management skills under experienced supervision while still maintaining autonomy over your files.

The Ideal Candidate

• 1+ years' PQE in Family Law
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Organised, motivated, and commercially aware
