Search Accountancy & Finance are working with a Hampshire based professional services firm who are looking for a commercial Financial Controller who can lead a team in a newly created role.
In this newly created role the Financial Controller will report into the Finance Director and manage a small team. As the firm continues to grow under new leadership the Financial Controller will ensure the finance department is robust and financial reporting, compliance and regulatory requirements are met. The Financial Controller will have the autonomy to manage continuous improvement across the department.
Successful applicants will hold an accounting qualification and have recent experience of a commercially focused finance role and team management.
