We're looking for an ambitious and driven finance professional to join our client's growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified or finalist accountant to step into a broad, hands on role with real exposure to senior stakeholders and business decision making.

You'll play a key role in delivering high quality financial reporting, supporting planning and forecasting, and helping shape the future of the finance function through continuous improvement.

You'll Be Responsible for:

• Own and deliver monthly group management accounts, providing clear and meaningful insights
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to drive business performance
• Build and develop financial models across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Strengthen financial controls, balance sheet integrity, and compliance processes
• Partner with stakeholders across the business, including auditors and banks
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and overall efficiency
• Contribute to the development of a high performing, forward thinking finance team

We're Looking For:

• Qualified or finalist accountant
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles
• Experience with financial reporting, modelling, or analysis
• Confident communicator with the ability to work across all levels
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong Excel and systems skills (experience with accounting software desirable)

Salary - £65,000 (£70,000 DOE and meets all expectations)
