My client is a West Sussex based SME that has grown significantly over the last three years doubling their turnover. The role of Finance Manager will report into the Head of Finance and manage a small team ensuring that the finance function is robust, produces accurate financial information along with ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.

The Finance Manager will support with the monthly management accounts, the groups payroll, VAT returns, overseeing payments, managing inter company accounts and supporting with the year end audit process.

Successful applicants can be either AAT Qualified or Qualified by experience and have previous experience of managing a team, be comfortable with change and growth, ideally have used Sage and be happy to be hands on.

The role will offer flexible start and finish times, will be initially in the office before moving to being hybrid
