About this role
We're looking for an Environment Co-ordinator to support the coordination of software and release environments across a large, long-running digital programme.
This role focuses on environment or release management support and tracking progress. Ideally you will have in a software release or environment team previously, however if not knowledge software development process, DevOps or QA would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day software and release environments across multiple workstreams

Gather and manage environment requirements by engaging with delivery and technical teams

Maintain environment trackers, booking calendars, and documentation

Support release and deployment coordination activities

Identify and log unused or under-utilised environments

Provide administrative support for governance, reporting, and assurance activities
Required Skills & Experience
-
Experience in environment coordination, release coordination, or software delivery support
-
Good understanding of software applications and delivery environments
-
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
-
Strong working knowledge of Excel and SharePoint
-
Background in IT admin, PMO, project coordination, or analyst roles
