You'll be joining a market‑leading global employment practice recognised for handling employment and benefits litigation, corporate investigations, executive compensation matters and high‑level advisory projects for multinational businesses.

Your work will centre around a high‑profile, international client roster, including major names across aviation, retail, hospitality, financial services, technology, FMCG and logistics.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Work across a broad mix of employment advisory, contentious and transactional matters, including HR advisory work, Employment Tribunal litigation, M&A support and outsourcing.
• Contribute to large global employment projects, partnering with colleagues across numerous jurisdictions.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, delivering commercial, business‑savvy counsel on workforce‑related issues.
• Collaborate with teams in corporate, restructuring, TMT and real estate, offering stand‑alone employment advice that feeds into major transactions.

Requirements

You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

• 2-5 years' PQE in employment law with strong experience across advisory, contentious and/or transactional matters.
• A commitment to developing a broad, international employment practice, with interest in cross‑border work.
