The Work You'll Lead

This is a hands‑on role with autonomy, variety and clear progression potential:

• Run a mixed caseload independently, spanning unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancy, TUPE, breach of contract, restrictive covenants and negotiated exits.
• Advise both employers and employees on day‑to‑day HR issues, risk management and proactive dispute avoidance.
• Lead Employment Tribunal matters from start to finish, preparing pleadings, statements and schedules, and representing clients at hearings, mediations and ACAS processes.
• Draft and refine key employment documentation, including contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
• Option to mentor junior colleagues, develop leadership capability and help shape the team's future.
