A highly respected Legal 500 firm is seeking a compassionate and experienced Court of Protection Specialist to join its established Worthing team. This position focuses exclusively on property and financial affairs, managing complex caseloads from initial instruction through to completion.

The Role

You will:

• Manage a diverse and complex Court of Protection caseload (property & financial affairs)

• Provide empathetic and clear guidance to vulnerable clients and families

• Work collaboratively within a supportive specialist team

• Maintain high standards of compliance, client care and professionalism

• Contribute to the continued growth of a recognised, reputable department

About You

• Solicitor or Legal Executive with proven CoP experience

• Strong track record managing files independently

• Excellent communication, organisation and client-care skills

• Empathetic, patient and passionate about this area of law
