The Role and Responsibilities:
The Corporate team handles a diverse range of high-quality transactional and advisory work, including:

• Private M&A (both buy side and sell side)
• Private Equity (including management advisory and portfolio work)
• High-Growth Companies (shareholders agreements, articles, and equity fundraising)
• Corporate Reorganizations
• General Corporate Advisory Work
• Partnership Law
• Inward Investment and Cross-Border Transactions

Supported by a full spectrum of in-house specialists, including tax, employment, immigration, real estate, banking, regulatory, and intellectual property professionals, the Corporate team frequently collaborates on matters with international law firms, especially in Europe and the US. This enables them to serve a substantial client base that includes multinational corporations, household-name PLCs, mid-tier businesses, high-net-worth private clients, and high-growth companies. In the past year alone, the team has advised on transactions valued at approximately £3 billion.
