A Recognised Reading law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its dynamic team.

About the Role:

You will handle a diverse range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business sales, shareholder agreements, and corporate governance. You will manage your own caseload with autonomy while collaborating on complex transactions within the team. The role also involves drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on company law issues, and building strong client relationships to support the firm's continued growth.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Corporate law.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
